Katie blends various modalities including Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial, and deep tissue for a therapeutic massage that is specific to each client’s individual needs.  She believes in a holistic approach to health that includes massage as a means to achieve deeper relaxation, decreased muscle tension, relief from chronic pain and injury, and improvement in overall health and wellbeing.  Her goal is to provide the highest quality massage that addresses all systems of the body, including the nervous, muscular, circulatory, fascia and lymphatic, in order to exceed the expectations of clients and maximize the benefit of massage.
